As a professional Architect for 15+ years in the design and construction of over 500 commercial medical/dental healthcare and corporate business office projects as well as custom residential homes, I have personally worked with all of my Clients in understanding and navigating the increasingly-complex process of designing, engineering, building, and ultimately occupying their new home or office.

The typical project process step-by-step from start to completion (including working with the design team, City Plan Review, Building Permit, Construction, Certificate of Occupancy).
Project tips, considerations, pit falls (zoning, parking, electrical, HVAC, condo platting, building setbacks, easements, resale, thinking of the future, etc.).
Project costs, bidding process with Contractors (“Hard Bid” vs Prelim. Construction Cost Estimate).
Choosing a Contractor (“Builder”).
